So Many Pumpkins....Where Do I Begin?

Today we took Carson to the pumpkin patch. We had been talking about it all week. Everytime he sees a pumpkin he shouts, "UNKIN". We started the morning at the local diner for breakfast with BeBe, Gee and Papa (the whole family was going). We were heading back to Uncle Shuck's Pumpkin Patch after how much fun we had last year. What we didn't know was that they were working on the roads and we had to take an extra long detour. I guess Carson ate too much breakfast because he fell asleep in the car.

I love how he pulls the blanket over his eyes to block the sun.

We finally made it to the pumpkin patch after several windy country roads. As soon as we opended the door Carson perked up and was ready to go. When we set him down on the ground he took off yelling "UNKINS, UNKINS!"

There were so many pumpkins he didn't know where to start.

He kept trying to pick them up and put them back if they fell over.

He got to feed the goats for the first time. When we walked up the goat he started saying hi to all the goats. He was a little hesitant at first to get close but then we gave him some food and he started feeding them. Each time they took food out of his hand he would say, "Thank you." It was so cute.

His favorite part was climbing around the boxes of small pumpkins.

He had made his own maze around all the boxes.

Running in the corn maze.

When it was time to leave we picked out our pumpkins and Carson helped daddy push the wheelbarrow.
